Role will require being onsite everyday - Yeovilton, Somerset (Secure site)
Clearance Required: Active SC Clearance required
We are seeking a reliable and SC-cleared IT Support Technician to join a secure support team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in IT support, hardware handling, and ticket queue management, ready to operate in a high-compliance, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the ticket queue for the hub and nearby spokes, ensuring timely updates and SLA compliance
* Oversee stock and asset management, scanning devices in and out of storage locations
* Handle the disposal process for equipment in line with contract procedures
* Perform basic hardware triage and in-warranty repairs, coordinating with vendors for parts and returns
* Replenish IT lockers as needed across the site
* Identify and raise potential service issues or improvements to the Team Leader
Requirements:
* Active SC Clearance (mandatory)
* Experience in IT support, asset tracking, and basic hardware repair
* Strong organisational skills and ability to follow defined processes
* Good communication and team collaboration abilities
