Job Responsibilities
1. Help lead and manage the day-to-day running of the gym.
2. Assume the responsibilities of the General Manager in their absence.
3. Lead and deliver the commercial performance of the business.
4. Lead and deliver the operational excellence of the club.
5. Achieve set KPIs.
6. Recruit, train, and develop a team, helping to lead them to success.
Candidate Requirements
* Team player with flair, commercial ability, and the energy and determination to develop the business alongside the General Manager.
* Experience in maintaining and developing standards and reputation, nurturing a growing membership and team, preferably in a management position within a leisure-related industry.
* Passionate about customer service and an inspirational leader.
* Qualified to at least Level 2 Gym Instructor.
* Experience in driving sales, coordinating local marketing, and managing a successful team.
* Ideally, experience as an Assistant Manager overseeing all business areas within a leisure facility, or substantial experience as a Fitness Manager or similar operational role.
