Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Data Analyst, located in one of NWS Offices (Cumbria, Warrington, Oxfordshire) with some work-from-home flexibility. The HR Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting HR data to support strategic decision-making. Daily tasks will include collecting and compiling HR metrics, synthesizing data to identify trends, and creating reports. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to provide insights and recommendations that drive organizational improvements.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Proficiency in HR software and related software tools (preferable iTrent)
* Excellent data management and analytical skills, with the ability to generate meaningful reports, insights and identify trends in business-related data to drive action
* Demonstrable experience of system reporting functionality (with experience of iTrent highly desirable)
* Knowledge and experience of data analytics programmes, ideally Power BI
* Digital literacy with strong experience of Microsoft Office suite and apps (particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint)
* A good understanding of people life cycle processes and best practices, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee lifecycle management
* Able to effectively prioritise and work to tight deadlines, providing excellent work across multiple stakeholders
This role will be onboarded and payrolled via our agency provider Alexander Mann Solutions. Recruitment will be conducted via the NWS Talent Acquisition team but once the successful candidate has been identified, the agency provider will be in touch to commence onboarding and agree next steps. There are two payroll options via our agency provider which is PAYE (Pay as you Earn) or Umbrella Company.
