We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Head Chef to lead a kitchen team in a busy workplace catering environment. What You'll Do:
* Take responsibility for day-to-day kitchen operations.
* Plan, prepare, and deliver seasonal menus for staff meals and hospitality functions.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
* Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety standards.
* Monitor and manage food costs and stock levels within budget.
* Work closely with service teams to provide a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
* Keep menus up to date by incorporating feedback and current food trends.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Excellent cooking skills with a focus on quality and consistency.
* Good understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen management.
* Ability to manage budgets and control food costs effectively.
* A hands-on approach with a positive and professional attitude.
