A prestigious Housing Developer are looking for a permanent Assistant Site Manager for a new site in Lincoln. Your Responsibilities
* Assist the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
* Monitor progress and quality of work on site
* Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
Required Skills
* Experience as an Assistant Site Manager on a similar project
* SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid certification, Scaffold ticket
* Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Problem-solving skills
* Full UK Driving License
