Main duties of the job
To work autonomously within Halton (Runcorn UTC) as a fully qualified, experienced, Senior Practitioner. The role will involve working autonomously within a framework of practice to deliver High Standard care to children.
* Work autonomously without supervision in the provision of care to clients.
* Act as a mentor to pre and post registration nurses, allied health professional and unqualified students.
* The post holder should demonstrate flexibility and be able to work across a range of shift patterns.
* Participates in the education, development, and line management of other staff members.
* Is an effective team player within the interdependent unit, operating flexibly across both units as required and recognising the benefits of the integrated approach.
* Co‑Ordinate UTC and day to day management of staffing.
* Participate in improvement of services and the quality‑of‑care provision, ensuring the quality indicators are met.

To work autonomously within Runcorn UTC as a Senior Practitioner. The role will involve working autonomously within a framework of practice to deliver High Standard care to adults and children. Cross site working will be involved for this role between Runcorn UTC and Warrington ED Minors.
