The successful candidate will undertake a broad range of ornithological work, including:
8. Breeding and wintering bird surveys
9. Vantage point and flight activity surveys
10. Targeted species surveys for Schedule 1 and Red/Amber list birds
11. Habitat assessments and input into ecological mitigation strategies
12. Data analysis, interpretation, and contribution to technical reports
13. Supporting senior ecologists and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
14. Occasional mentoring of junior staff and assisting with internal training
