Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant - Marketing Support
Location: Dundee Office
Working Hours: 3 days per week (preferably Wednesday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm)
Contract Type: Temporary (8 weeks)
Start Date: Ideally between 21st - 28th July
We are urgently seeking a proactive and organised Administrative Assistant to provide temporary support to our busy Marketing team based in Dundee. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. While marketing experience is not essential, an interest or background in the field would be a bonus.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team
* Assist with project coordination for standalone marketing campaigns, particularly those aimed at increasing footfall to our stores
* Support the delivery of our marketing plan, including initiatives around Food to Go and value messaging
* Assist the Digital Marketing Officer with social media scheduling and digital activity as required
* Help with the organisation of marketing materials and campaign documentation
* Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers as needed
* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A flexible and can-do attitude
