1. Deliver 1:1 support to pupils with varied educational needs.
2. Assist teachers in classroom settings, supporting group learning and behaviour management.
3. Encourage positive engagement and promote diversity and inclusion.
4. Monitor progress and adapt support strategies as required
Requirements:
5. Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
6. Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with pupils.
