MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside a leading, innovative software company to recruit an Events Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team and help drive the global events to the next level in 2025!
This successful individual will help expand the businesses global footprint, maximise impact, and help the company achieve their 2025 growth goals. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Global Events Lead with larger trade show operations, including coordinating travel, shipping, printing, procurement, and post-event budget reconciliation
* Own execution of UK and EMEA-based community and field events: manage timelines, logistics, team travel, and sponsor activations
* Work closely with the Growth teams to align field marketing efforts with sales goals
* Drive cross-functional coordination with campaigns, product marketing, and PR for event alignment
* Support the creation and rollout of event communication plans
* Analyse performance metrics and compile post-event reports to guide future strategy
* Coordinate the development of branded print and digital event materials
Required Experience, Qualities & Skills
* Proven experience in event management/ especially across the Field Marketing or trade shows
* Has a proactive, self-starter attitude and thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
* Proven track record handling complex projects simultaneously with multiple stakeholders
* Experience in vendor management (e.g. hotels/event venues, production/AV vendors, broadcast partners, creative agencies) and managing show budgets
* Brings familiarity with tools like HubSpot, GSuite, Slack, and Notion
* Availability and excitement to travel domestically and internationally to support onsite event logistics
