Proactive Personnel are currently looking for a Multi- Skilled Builder to start work for our client based in Burnley Immediately.
Duties include:
1. Proficiency in multiple construction trades such as carpentry, bricklaying, plumbing, plastering, tiling, stone, fitting and partitioning.
2. Brick / block work and stone walling.
3. Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, tools, and equipment used in various trades.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications.
5. Analytical thinking to identify and resolve construction-related issues and challenges.
6. Adaptability to handle unexpected situations and make on-the-spot decisions.
The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 08:00am- 17:00pm.
Pay is dependent on experience.
