Job role: Multi trader\n\nLocation: West London\n\nSalary: £36,000 - £38,000 plus a van and fuel card\n\nJob Description:\n\nAs a Social Housing Multi Trader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving social housing properties.\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\nYou will be working on the reactive works team.\nConducting repairs and maintenance tasks in various trades, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.\nResponding to service requests in a timely and efficient manner.\nEnsuring all work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with relevant regulations.\nCollaborating with other team members and contractors to achieve project goals.\nProviding excellent customer service to residents and addressing their concerns with professionalism.Qualifications:\n\nProven experience as a Multi Trader in a social housing or similar environment.\nKnowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nFull UK driving license under 3 pointsSkills:\n\nMust have strong experience in multi trade\nGood IT skills and use of PDA (and SOR codes desirable)\nPlumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nTime management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.\nCustomer-focused approach with good communication skills.If you are interested please call Julianne - (phone number removed)\n\nMust be prepared for drug and alcohol test on first day. \n\nApplications\n\nIf you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position and would like to find out more please apply online today attaching a copy of your current CV.
