An Administrator is required for an immediate temporary role based in the Small Heath area. Ongoing temporary for approx. 2 months with potential to extend, providing administrative and customer support to a Transport team. Ideally starting February 2024. An office-based role, you will be required on-site at their offices in Small Heath Monday – Friday.
As an Administrator you will be responsible for –
1. Answering incoming calls and handling queries
2. Advising customers if their orders will be delayed
3. Updating spreadsheets and systems
4. Completing associated transport administration paperwork
5. Speaking to drivers and ensuring they have completed all correct paperwork
6. General adhoc administration
Ideally you will have -
7. Confident & professional telephone manner
8. Administrative skills within a commercial office environment
9. Any transport experience would be beneficial
On offer for this Administrator role –
10. Working hours Monday 6am – 3pm and Tuesday – Friday 7am – 4pm
11. Hourly rate of £11.05p/h with weekly pay (increasing 1 st April)
12. Immediate start, looking to start February 2024
13. Office-based role, working in the Small Heath area
