Support Workers – Petersfield, South Hampshire
Full-Time & Part-Time Hours Available | Monday to Friday
Driving Licence & Access to Vehicle Required
Salary: £14.50 – £15.50 per hour
We’re currently recruiting Support Workers to join our agency team in Petersfield, supporting individuals who have experienced homelessness as they transition into independent living. This is a rewarding and impactful role, offering flexible hours and weekday-only work.
Responsibilities
* Work 1:1 with service users in their homes or supported accommodation
* Help residents manage appointments, budgeting, and daily living skills
* Provide housing-related support and signpost to relevant services
* Lone working within the community (full training and support provided)
About You
* Previous experience in a support, housing, or care role is highly desirable
* Confident working independently and managing your own schedule
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
