Teaching Assistant (Pashto-Speaking) – Bracknell
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pashto-speaking Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in Bracknell. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children by supporting their learning and helping them to thrive in school.
Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to pupils, with a particular focus on those who speak Pashto.
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities.
* Support pupils’ language development, learning, and wellbeing.
* Work closely with staff and parents to ensure pupils’ needs are met.
Requirements
* Fluency in Pashto (spoken and written).
* Previous experience in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential).
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
