Overview: The ECO Submissions Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with the Energy Company Obligation scheme. This position involves preparing, reviewing, and submitting documentation related to ECO-funded projects. The administrator liaises with internal teams, external funders, and utility companies to ensure all submissions meet regulatory standards and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Compile and verify all necessary documentation for ECO submissions.
* Ensure compliance with Ofgem guidelines and ECO scheme requirements.
* Resolve any compliance issues or discrepancies in submissions.
* Maintain accurate records and track submission progress.
* Collaborate with funding agents and stakeholders to address queries and meet targets.
* Monitor changes in ECO regulations and adapt processes accordingly.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in data management and administrative tasks.
* Familiarity with ECO schemes and Ofgem compliance standards (preferred).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
Experience
* 2+ Years experience in the ECO / Retrofit industry highly desirable
* 3 + Years of administration experience required
