The Role
An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established UK engineering business located in the Warrington area and to work on a Liquid Air (Cryogenic) storage plant.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Sub-contract & supplier management.
* Contribute to the preparation / presentation for budgets and forecasts for the contract.
* Management of Risks and Opportunities register.
* Ensure the Contract is appropriately administered and that BUK are operating within the realms of the terms and conditions.
* Ensure that contractual elements such as rate increases, EWN’s, CE’s, the Change Management process are managed effectively and promptly.
* Management of receivables, the valuation process and invoicing to ensure that working capital is minimised.
* Assisting with the preparation of and submitting of monthly applications.
* Commercial support to operational management.
* Assist with the preparation of the business unit board packs and analysis of KPIs
* Ensure internal processes and controls are adhered to.
* Development and implantation of a Margin Improvement plan along with the project team.
You will be expected to have the following qualifications & experience:
* BSc or suitable related qualification – or working towards such a qualification.
* Good knowledge and user skills of SAP.
* Good knowledge and user skills of excel.
* Good knowledge of NEC – Contract is Option C.
* Ability to manage / support junior staff members.
