Part Time Administrator Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator to join a successful Software Solutions Company based in Basingstoke. This is an ongoing temporary position working three days per week. Responsibilities as an Administrator - Loading Customers' orders - Providing ETAs on ordered items - Assisting sales team - Liaising with multiple departments including Accounts, Operations, Purchasing and Sales - Providing outstanding customer service - Assisting in other departments when required Requirements: - Excellent administration experience - Previous Sales Support experience is desierable - Proficient with Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups - Strong social and communication skills - Strong organisation and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently The Administrator Role: - Working Wednesday to Friday 9am - 5.15pm (for the first few weeks of training you will be required to work Tuesday to Thursday) - Ongoing temporary assignment (opportunity to turn permanent down the line) - £13.25 per hour - Immediate Start If you are interested in this Part Time Administrator role please apply below or get in touch with Jemma at Pertemps...
