What You’ll Be Doing – Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:
8. Lead and develop a skilled team of maintenance engineers across planned and reactive maintenance.
9. Manage critical breakdowns and maintenance activities across specialist plant and heavy equipment.
10. Oversee contractors, statutory inspections and health & safety compliance.
11. Ensure availability of critical spares and coordinate capex projects.
12. Mentor apprentices, issue permits and uphold high maintenance standards.
What We’re Looking For:
13. Mechanically qualified – ideally to HND level.
14. Proven track record in managing maintenance within heavy engineering sectors such as:
15. Recycling
16. Power generation
17. Waste treatment
18. Quarrying
19. Steel processing
20. Oil & gas
21. Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
