Overview
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales is the largest health organisation in Wales, providing a full range of primary, community, mental health, acute and elective hospital services for a population of around 700,000 across North Wales. Responsibilities
* Provide essential support services in the continuing care of patients by managing case notes to ensure they are at the right place at the right time.
* Perform tasks including pulling, filing, pruning, destruction, preparation, amalgamation and secure transportation of case notes.
* Support the delivery of the Health Records Operational Plan by assisting Health Records Supervisors/Co-ordinator/Assistant Site Manager and contributing to modernisation goals for Health Records.

* The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
