Responsibilities
* Support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager with day-to-day operations
* Lead shifts, mentor staff, and provide guidance as a Senior Support Worker
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans
* Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and best practices at all times
* Supervise, train, and support staff development
* Monitor care plans and ensure positive outcomes for each young person
* Maintain accurate records, reports, and administrative systems
Requirements
* Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification - Essential
* Proven experience in residential care (children or young people preferred)
* Confident in managing complex behaviours and safeguarding responsibilities
* Strong leadership and communication skills
