As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team. This role will focus on direct recruitment, client account management and contributing to the continuous improvement of all our services.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing and engaging talent, and maintaining strong client partnerships. This is more than candidate delivery; it is about becoming a trusted partner across our RaaS, retained and contingency models.
You will also play an active role in continuous improvement, bringing ideas and fresh thinking to strengthen how we deliver for both clients and candidates across every service we provide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing candidates:
Use platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and networks to source and engage both active and passive candidates.
* Screening and interviews:
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability and present qualified individuals to clients.
* Account management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring they receive consistent, tailored support across all of our recruitment models.
* Client support and advisory:
Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver bespoke recruitment strategies, share market insights and advise on best practice.
* Candidate experience:
Provide an excellent candidate journey through clear communication and support at every stage of the process.
* Market research:
Stay up to date with industry trends to provide insight into the job market and guide clients on competitive positioning.
* Continuous improvement:
Proactively contribute ideas to enhance all of our services, from sourcing methods and technology use to communication, processes and client delivery.
* Service delivery:
Keep clients and candidates updated regularly, managing expectations and ensuring smooth processes.
* Business growth contribution:
Support Intake Talent's growth by nurturing accounts and identifying opportunities to expand services.
About You:
* Recruitment experience:
Proven background in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to account management.
* LinkedIn Recruiter expertise:
Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage candidates at all levels.
* Client relationship skills:
Confident in building trusted, long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service.
* Continuous improvement mindset:
Brings new ideas, embraces innovation and looks for ways to improve how we deliver across all services.
* Strong communication skills:
