Private Client/ Commercial Paralegal (Part-Time)
Location: Warminster/ Wiltshire
Salary: £30,000 Pro-Rata
Hours: 20 hours/ 2–3 days per week / Flexible hours

Based in the heart of the Wylye Valley near Warminster (you will need your own transport). We are seeking a Private Client/ Commercial Paralegal to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for a practitioner looking to maintain a high-quality caseload while enjoying a genuine work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a diverse portfolio including Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Estate Administration.
* Provide expert advice on Inheritance Tax planning and Trust management matters.
* Deliver empathetic, bespoke service to high-net-worth and vulnerable clients alike.
* Contribute to the growth of the department through local networking and client development.
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified or working towards a legal qualification
* STEP qualification is highly desirable but not essential.
* Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
* Strong communication skills with a client-first mentality.
