White Horse Employment are proud to be partnering with a well-established and growing business based in Malmesbury, to support their search for an Accounts Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive finance team where you will be a vital part of both the credit control and purchase ledger functions.

A day-to-day will include:
1. Credit Control – Chasing overdue payments via phone, email and post, maintaining customer records, resolving invoicing queries, and reviewing aged debt and credit limits.
2. Purchase Ledger – Entering and matching invoices, reconciling supplier statements, maintaining supplier accounts, and processing fortnightly payment runs.
3. Banking & Transactions – Recording bank transactions, daily reconciliations of subsidiary accounts, and reconciling card receipts.
4. Records & Reporting – Supporting the wider finance team with reporting on debtors and KPIs, creating new customer and supplier accounts, and ensuring system accuracy.
