Were opening a luxury deli on the Kings Road in Chelsea with a Basque style grill counter serving pintxos & small plates. Were looking for a Head Chef to oversee the kitchen team, and the pintxos counter. This is the second opening from the team that opened the Prince Arthur in Belgravia in January.
Were hiring a team of Fishmongers & Butchers who will work next to a team of Sushi Chefs and Grill Chefs, so our clients will be able to choose from the finest produce whether to have it cooked in front of them and eat in at our counter or take away to prepare at their homes. Our evening services will be focussed around the grill and our sushi counters, drawing in locals from Chelsea to come and try our changing menus complimented by carefully curated European wine list with approximately 40 seats.
Our Head chef ideally will have a background in Basque style cuisine, and be comfortable working in an open kitchen working in front of guests. Experience working with and a passion for high quality produce is essential as well be sharing produce from our butcher and fishmonger departments.
