Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to join our bank team and support the smooth flow of customer activity within a fast‑paced environment. This role is key to ensuring efficient service delivery, reducing delays, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
You will be responsible for monitoring patient length of stay in the Emergency Department (ED), working with multidisciplinary teams to minimise breaches of the national target, assisting departmental staff to facilitate patient movement through the department, and liaising with the site team and clinical staff in other parts of the hospital to facilitate patient flow. You will play an integral role in improving operational efficiency and enhancing the customer journey, contributing to a streamlined service that is responsive, professional, and patient focused.
