Duties of a Vehicle Technician:
* Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics to high standards using the latest diagnostic tools
* Perform fast-fit tyre fitting, including wheel alignments and adjustments
* Fit brakes, exhausts, batteries, suspension components, and other mechanical parts
* Vehicle Technicians Conduct MOT preparations, repairs, and inspections
* Use diagnostic testing equipment to identify vehicle issues effectively
* Provide clear advice to customers regarding vehicle maintenance needs and future repairs
* Maintain a safe working environment and comply with health and safety regulations
* Support the team in achieving operational targets and delivering excellent customer service
Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in the Automotive Industry
* Proven experience in fast-fit services, including tyres, brakes, exhausts, suspension, and mechanical repairs
* Proficient with diagnostic equipment and testing procedures
* Ability to work efficiently within a busy team environment
* Full UK Driving Licence is essential
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
