EcoSure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standards Auditor in the Manchester area.
In this role, you will support food service brands by conducting on‑site audits and providing consulting to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience.
Responsibilities
* Conducting food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standard audits at client sites
* Providing consulting to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices
* Maintaining strong client relationships
Minimum Qualifications
* Level 4 Food Safety qualification
* Based in or near the assigned territory
* Must have access to a vehicle and hold a full, clean driving licence
* Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends
* Previous auditing experience
Skills and Requirements
* Food safety certifications preferred (e.g. HACCP, ISO 22000, BRCGS)
* Proven experience in food safety auditing (e.g. retail, hotel F&B, convenience stores)
* Strong relationship management skills
* Ability to work independently with initiative, sound judgment, and strong problem‑solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
