You will be the go-to person for all things office-related, ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly and supporting the wider business with a thoughtful, can-do approach. Responsibilities will include: Manage daily office operations, facilities, and relationships with suppliers and building management Lead health & safety and compliance, maintaining a safe and beautifully kept workplace Support IT coordination and liaise with external providers Assist with finance administration (expenses, invoices, budget tracking) and HR onboarding Act as a cultural ambassador — helping to create a warm, professional environment for all employees and guests Continuously seek opportunities to elevate the office experience and streamline processes What we are looking for: Previous Office Manager experience within an investment, financial services, or professional environment Exceptionally organised, proactive, and solutions-focused A natural communicator — approachable, confident, and discreet Tech-savvy and comfortable managing relationships with external IT providers Hands-on, flexible, and willing to take ownership of a broad range of tasks
