The Role:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the talented culinary team to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Ensuring consistent quality in all food produced.
Supporting the development of seasonal menus.
Maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen.
A passion for culinary excellence and creativity.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
