Stefanutti Stocks Africa is seeking a highly analytical Estimator with strong commercial acumen to join our Africa Operations team.
The Estimator will play a critical role in supporting business growth through the preparation of accurate, competitive, and commercially sound cost estimates for construction and engineering projects across the African region.
Based in Johannesburg, the role will work closely with Regional Managing Directors, Commercial, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure tenders are strategically priced, risks are identified early, and submissions align with company profitability and governance requirements. The position requires collaboration across multiple jurisdictions and periodic travel to project locations within Africa.
The successful candidate will contribute directly to securing new business opportunities while strengthening estimating processes and cost intelligence across the region.
