A Day in the Life: No two days are the same in this hands-on role! You’ll be a key part of making our community shine by: Preparing vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they’re move-in ready Tackling a wide variety of maintenance requests, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs Keeping our community beautiful by maintaining clean and safe grounds and common areas Jumping in on other tasks as needed to keep the property running smoothly What We’re Looking For: Previous building maintenance experience (multi-family experience is a big plus!)
