NHS Dumfries and Galloway is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our Estates and Property Department. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient operation of the organisation, contributing directly to the delivery of high‑quality services across the Board.
The postholder will support a range of key functions within the Property Department, working closely with colleagues across the organisation. You will contribute to the development, coordination, and delivery of departmental priorities, ensuring compliance with NHS systems, processes, and governance requirements.
Responsibilities

* Work proactively, anticipate changes in priorities and respond with confidence and initiative.
* Manage competing demands, support the development of departmental strategy.
* Contribute to financial and operational planning.
* Influence and enhance the performance of the Property Department to support safe, effective and sustainable services.
