About the role
Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out would include:
* helping with washing and dressing
* Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
* finding out and knowing residents interests and needs
* general housekeeping such as tidying residents\' private bedrooms and communal areas
* supporting each resident’s physical and mental wellbeing through activities
Our care team provide 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.
Typical shift patterns
* Days Shift Contracts: 8am until 8pm
* Days Shift Contracts: 8am until 2pm
* Days Shift Contracts: 2pm until 8pm
* Night Shift Contracts: 8pm until 8am
