Responsibilities
* Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
* Coordinate service schedules and ensure timely dispatch of service personnel.
* Maintain accurate records of service requests, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for data entry, documentation, and reporting.
* Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and maintaining office supplies.
* Support the financial department by entering data into QuickBooks and managing invoices as needed.
* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proven office experience with a focus on administrative duties.
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
* Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Experience in data entry and clerical work is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
