LGV C+E Drivers (HGV Class 1) Planned or Ad-hoc nights out - based Northampton
Position: Class 1 Drivers
Pay Rate: £42,742.39
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Location: Northampton - NN4 7BN
Shift patterns: Rotational shifts - starting time between 04:00am-06:00am
Week 1 - 4 days
Week 2 - 4 days
Week 3 - 5 days
* Please note we have planned night out vacancies but all drivers MUST be prepared to carry out occasional nights out as required*

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
* Multi drop delivery to different sites (Nation wide driving)
* Between 6-8 drops per day, to and from branches and suppliers.
* Drivers to safely and efficiently load and unload our products in customer locations
* Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
* Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
* You will hold a valid HGV Class 1 Driving Licence (C+E),
* Driver CPC Qualification
* Digital Tachograph Card
* Minimum of 6 months recent Class 1 HGV driving experience
* Ok to drive a articulated curtain-side vehicles for Class 1 HGV work
* OK to travel all over UK to conduct deliveries to different sites
* The work will involve delivering palletised goods
* Can be planned or ad-hoc nights out
* Early Start 4 AM - 6 AM ( 12hr working days)
