Remuneration: £65,000 - £72,000neg + circa £18,000 bonus

The role of the National Sales Manager – Pipe & Press Fittings will involve:
* National Sales Manager position selling a high quality range of manufactured press fittings and pipes used within a wide range of commercial and residential applications
* Managing a small team of 2 field sales
* Player manager position selling to M&E contactors, M&E consultants, installers and independent / national merchants
* Looking to increase the UK turnover of £2.5m
* Dealing with order values ranging from £1k - £300k for large order values
* Will be required to conduct CPD presentations
* National coverage therefore ideally based Central however would be open
The ideal applicant will be National Sales Manager – Pipe & Press Fittings with:
* Must have experience selling via M&E contractors, M&E consultants, sub-contractors, installers and plumber / builders merchants
* Must have HVAC experience ideally plumbing & heating however open for the right candidate
* Must be a versatile forward thinker always thinking of innovative ways to improve sales for example; using AI and lead generation etc
* Would consider someone with no people management if they hold a senior sales or account management position with contacts in the industry
* Ideally have experience and extensive knowledge of press fittings and pipes however not essential
