Quantity Surveyor – Leading Construction/Engineering Firm
We're seeking an experienced
Quantity Surveyor
to support the commercial team in managing client relationships and sub-contractor accounts. The ideal candidate will have
5–10 years' project experience
and strong knowledge of
NEC3 and NEC4 contracts
.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage sub-contract payments, valuations, and variations
* Prepare quantities, schedules, and project documentation
* Produce interim valuations and monthly financial reports
* Liaise with site teams and maintain accurate records

* Safety-conscious and committed to high standards
Qualifications & Experience:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Finance, or related field
* NEC3/NEC4 proficiency; professional membership (e.g., RICS, CIPS) desirable
* Experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects
