(Non-Food) Production Operative Location: North Walsham Type: Temp to Perm Pay: £14.21 per hour (includes attendance bonus) Shifts: 12-hour rotating pattern covering days, nights, and weekends Transport: Own vehicle essential due to site location and shift times ISQ Recruitment is working with a well-established manufacturing company in North Walsham that is looking to expand its production team. Full training will be provided from day one, so no previous manufacturing experience is required. What you'll be doing: Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet set standards Keeping accurate records and completing inspection logs Working closely with your team to help resolve any issues on the line Supporting ongoing improvements in processes and output What we're looking for: A positive attitude and willingness to learn Good attention to detail Reliability and punctuality The ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days, nights and weekends) The ability to work both independently and as part of a team Own transport due to shift pattern and rural location Why apply?
