Job Description
3. Manage the own-label business within ASDA, Aldi, and Lidl
4. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets
5. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with key stakeholders
6. Monitor and analyse sales performance to identify opportunities
7. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail buyers and other decision-makers
9. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on account performance
10. Stay informed about market trends and competitors within the FMCG industry
The Successful Applicant
A successful Grocery National Account Manager should have:
11. Proven experience in managing grocery retail accounts at a national level. Experience with ASDA, Aldi, or Lidl preferred
12. A strong background in the FMCG sector with experience of own-label products
13. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
14. Strong analytical abilities to assess sales data and market trends
15. A proactive and results-driven approach to achieving targets
16. Able to be in London 3 days a week
