Overview
We are seeking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to be part of a new integrated Mental Health Team in Lewisham. You will be amongst a Lewisham wide team of Occupational Therapists and together will be responsible for the delivery of recovery focussed OT interventions which addresses the needs of patients accessing mental health services, within a stepped care model.

Responsibilities
* Deliver recovery focused OT interventions for patients accessing mental health services within a stepped care model.
* Professional development and integration into the neighbourhood team, including case work, MDT formulation and assessment.
* Work across Lewisham to promote group programmes, occupationally focused interventions and proactive, strength‑based care.
* Collaboration with housing and welfare support, peers support, nurses, social workers and consultant psychiatrists within the Mental Health Team.
* Collaborate on interventions around social prescribing and care navigation with third sector partner providers.
