The successful candidate will work upon multiple new build housing projects in Northampton.
Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate will be answerable to the Commercial Manager/Director and will be required to perform a full spectrum of quantity surveying tasks including, but not limited to:
* Contract administration
* Subcontractor management
* Conducting measurements
* Cost value reconciliations
* Variations (compensation/additional time/ additional works)
* Preparation of claims
* Preparation of final accounts
Desired Skills and Experience
* Excellent knowledge of the construction industry
* IT literate
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
Degree or similar equivalent in Quantity Surveying or alternative relevant discipline.
