Offer description

Our excellent, down to earth and friendly client near Cirencester is looking for an individual to support all round office tasks including general Admin, Finance, and some PA duties to support the directors in their day-to-day roles.

Whilst you do not need to be an expert in any of the areas listed, it is essential that you are a well organised individual who is adaptable- this is a close knit team, and therefore no two days will be the same, so whilst the below is a suggestion or your core responsibilities, you will be flexible to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing general office administration and providing operational support across different teams.

- Acting as a point of contact for administrative and office-related queries.

- Helping to organise internal meetings, events, and team activities.

- Preparing documentation and supporting onboarding for new team members.

- Supporting financial processes including basic bookkeeping, expense handling, and invoice preparation.

- Assisting with the rollout and adoption of new internal systems.

- Coordinating recruitment activities such as advertising roles, managing applications, and facilitating interviews.

- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations for regular team updates.

- Other ad hoc duties to support the team and directors.

Skills & Experience

- Office/admin experience

- Finance or bookkeeping experience

- Flexible approach to job duties

- Well organised

Hours: Full Time or Part Time and flexible start/finish times offered

Salary: Highly flexible and negotiable for the right individual – it is more about securing the right person for the role.
