Project Manager
Location: Yarm Rd, Darlington DL1 4PW
Are you a seasoned IT Project Manager ready to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment? We're seeking a talented individual to join our Business Services team based out of our Darlington site. In this hybrid role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact while enjoying the flexibility of working on-site 2 or 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage IT Infrastructure projects, including setup of new sites, production line implementations, site decommissioning, and IT modernisation initiatives.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and performance goals.
3. Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, tracking progress and performance against established goals.
4. Identify, track, and resolve project issues; manage project budget and mitigate risks.
5. Communicate project status to stakeholders and facilitate effective collaboration within the project team.
6. Document project learning's and share best practices to enhance project success.
Must-Haves for the Role:
7. Demonstrated ability in project planning, prioritisation, and management of multiple projects.
8. Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
10. Excellent organisational, communication, and facilitation skills.
11. Experience with project methodologies such as agile and waterfall, along with a current project management certification.
