Housing Officer We are a Housing Association in North Belfast providing affordable quality housing to those in need. We have recently expanded our operations in Belfast to over 1100 properties and we currently employ 50 staff. We wish to recruit suitably qualified persons for the following positions: FULL TIME HOUSING OFFICER: 2 posts ( Ref: HO/09/25 ) Reporting to the Housing Manager, the jobholder will ensure the effective and efficient delivery of housing management operation including allocations, rent and void management, antisocial behaviour and assist the Association to achieve its core aims and objectives.
