Our client, a specialist professional services provider is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Senior Reasonable Adjustments Coordinator to ensure inclusive access to professional assessments for learners across the UK. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering hybrid working and the chance to shape equitable assessment experiences at a national level. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex or escalated cases requiring tailored adjustments, ensuring alignment with internal standards, external legislation, and best practice in inclusive education. Working across internal teams and with training providers and learners, the role ensures that assessment arrangements uphold fairness, legal compliance, and learner confidence.
