We are looking for a full-time Support Worker to work at our
residential service in Cranbrook Road
but also to offer support to our
supported living service
in the same area. We offer support to allow the people we support to gain their independence by offering daily living skills, support in finding new skills to maintain their mental health and 24-hour support in staying safe in their homes.
Shift patterns vary and will include sleep-in shifts as well as day shifts to support our people in the community. The services are located in a quiet area with great transport links to all areas of Bristol including the city centre. We are close to Gloucester Road, which gives us access to many different shopping experiences, restaurants, and local amenities.
The successful Support Workerwill have strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, the people we support, as well as a caring manner and tolerant nature. While previous experience in the sector is desirable, we will provide you with the full training required to carry out your duties.
