Cost Manager | Commercial Real Estate - Central London
Up to £55,000 per annum
Capstone Recruitment have been instructed to source a Cost Manager for a Global Real Estate Brokerage firm. This firm cover all areas of Commercial Real Estate Consultancy on a huge scale, working with a varied high-profile client list. The Cost Management team is seeing a hugely accelerated period of growth and need a candidate who is keen to progress and grow with the team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
* Evaluate and analyse project specifications to develop comprehensive cost plans.
* Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to understand project requirements and objectives.
* Participate in the procurement process, including tender analysis, contractor selection, and contract negotiation.
* Monitor project costs and financial progress, providing regular reports to clients and stakeholders.
* Conduct thorough cost assessments of variations and change orders, ensuring accurate cost impact analysis.
* Manage and oversee valuation of work in progress, interim payments, and final accounts.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
* MRICS status or working towards it
* Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
* Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as CostX, CATO, or similar.
