Requirements: Senior Surveyor - Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline (RICS approved or working towards associate member with experience in acting as an expert witness in court proceedings) Surveyor - Relevant degree or HND/HNC level in Building Surveying or equivalent construction related qualification.
