Shifts • Tuesday to Saturday – start times between 01:30 and 03:30 Rates of Pay • Tuesday to Friday: £17.50 per hour • Saturday: £18.50 per hour Benefits • Excellent hourly rates • Ongoing work • Weekly pay • Onsite canteen • Training provided • Employee well-being programme Day-to-Day Duties • Class 2 store deliveries – 1 to 3 deliveries per day • Unloading of pallets using a pump truck • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections • Ensure loads are secured safely • Adhere to traffic laws, company regulations, and delivery schedules Essential Skills • Valid UK Category C / Class 2 Driving Licence • Minimum of 12 months experience driving Class 2 vehicles • No more than six penalty points (minor infringements only) • Valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card • Good spoken and written English Desirable Experience xjlbheb • Previous commercial driving experience • Experience in store delivery advantageous Training Provided • Drivers must pass an assessment followed by a one-day paid induction • Industry-related training and ongoing support provided People Solutions do not charge candidates any fees or request deposits at any stage of the recruitment process.
